S. J. Hollander Architect has an immediate job opening for an Architectural Project Manager to join our team. S. J. Hollander Architect has maintained a continuous architectural practice in the City of Saint Charles since 1990. Since our inception, we have been client-focused and have provided architectural design services that are responsive to our client’s needs. We are currently engaged in various project which include automotive sales and service, multifamily facilities, restaurants and custom residential projects.
Job Description:
As a team member in our small firm, you will have the opportunity to wear many hats. If you want a position that will challenge you and allows you to get involved in all aspects of a project, this opening is for you. The primary responsibility of this position will be as an assistant to the principal architect in managing all aspects of multiple projects, coordination and supervision of technical staff in the preparation of construction documents by using AutoCAD and Revit software. You will also assist with design development, coordinate with clients, consulting engineers & suppliers, review shop drawings and field document existing conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:

7-10 years of relevant architectural experience.

Licensed architect that are interested in ownership transition.

Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD/Revit software.

Working knowledge of other industry software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, Photoshop, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray and other software tools.
